DS-28 by Ayoub Berdeddouch using Transfer Learning

In this datathon for detecting whether a tree is near an electric wire, I used transfer learning to perform this task using the VGG Architecture MobileNetV2. With just 10 epochs I was able to get an accuracy of 64.0387 %
